Torn Meniscus

I have a torn meniscus. It's in the knee. My knee has been hurting
something fierce since January. I go to the orthopedic surgeon
tomorrow, and maybe have surgery on it. I hope so soon. Then I'll have
a couple weeks off. I'll be able to hang out with Mary every day, play
guitar, listen to talk radio! :o :| :) When it is all over, I'll be
able, actually be required to work out. I hope the picture turned out.

War-murder and torture, or methods of war?

If President Obama's administration procecutes Prsident Bush's
administration for "torture", could Obama's admin. be procecuted for
murder for shooting pirates?

We are in trouble

We are in so much trouble. Our president is so weak and as such puts a
weak face on America. So our enemies look at us as wolves look at smart
alec sheep with the shepard asleep. North Korea launched a missile at
us while the photographers are taking pictures of the Celebrity-in-chief
and the misses and the "jounalists" are clucking, "Don't they look
snappy!" Now the defense secretary is scaling back the military like
Carter did (IRAN), and like Clinton did (IRAQ). You know, when Carter
did that in the 70's my dad was laid off for a couple of years. In the
90's during the Clinton admin. I didn't get laid off, but a lot of my
friends did...Now here we are again. But we're all breathlessly
awaiting the new U2 tour.

Happy B-Day Sweet Pea!

Yesterday was our daughter's 20th birthday. I took the day off and her
mother, Melanie and I went out to b-fass at IHOP. :P Our beautiful
daughter is not a teenager any more! Happy Birthday Melanie Lynn
Hoeglund!
